What this service is
kurashvili.ge is a document-analysis service operated by Dimitri Kurashvili, individual entrepreneur (personal no. 02001000490).
We read the Georgian original of the document you send us and deliver written work in your language: a review — every risky clause marked up, explained, with corrected wording you can send to the other side; contracts drafted from scratch for your situation; and, when you need it, representation before the other party — we negotiate for you and write the letters, whether proposing terms or setting out a breach when a contract has been broken.
Our preferred way of working is in writing, by email: it is fast, and it keeps a history you can always come back to.
Nothing here is a substitute for a decision you make yourself.
What you send us
Everything you send us — the document and whatever personal information comes with it — is read by one person: the one doing the work. The tools of that work are ordinary cloud services — file storage, AI assistance — running under our own accounts; your material goes to them only as far as doing your work requires, and to no one else. None of it is published, none of it is used as a sample on this site, and nothing reaches the other side unless you ask us to send it. Sample markups shown here are unrelated documents, anonymized.
We keep what you sent and the work product for as long as needed to answer follow-up questions, and delete them on request.
Payment and turnaround
Prices and turnaround times are stated per tier before you pay, and the page limit counts printed pages. If a document is longer than the limit — or handwritten, which takes longer to read — we quote before you pay rather than after. The price, scope and deadline that apply to your job are the ones confirmed to you by email, whatever this site says later.
Payment is by bank transfer. The transfer details are sent to you by email together with the confirmed price and deadline, and the receiving account carries the same name as this service — Dimitri Kurashvili. The details are not published on this site, so treat details that reach you any other way as not ours. Turnaround starts when payment clears and the document is complete and legible.
What we answer for
The work is done and signed by a named person. If you find an error in it — a risky clause we missed, an explanation that is wrong — tell us in writing and we correct it, in writing, at no charge.
The deadline is part of the price. If we miss the confirmed deadline, you pay the slower tier’s price; if we miss the Standard deadline too, the work is free.
If we cannot take a job after seeing the document — or take it and do not deliver — the payment comes back in full.
Follow-up questions about delivered work are answered in writing at no extra charge.
In every case, our liability for a piece of work is limited to the price you paid for it.
