The walkthrough. Clause by clause, in your language: what each clause does, and what it costs you if the other side does not perform.
How it works
- Describe the deal in your own words — who the parties are, what is being exchanged, the money, the dates, and what should happen if the other side fails to deliver.
- We come back with questions. The gaps in a brief are usually the clauses that matter most.
- Pick your deadline and pay.
- Get the contract and the walkthrough in writing. Follow-up questions are answered in writing too.

Anything requiring registration, notarization, or filing is quoted individually or declined plainly. We would rather say no than hand you something that does not do the job.
