What documents do you cover?
Leases, purchase agreements, POAs, employment and service contracts, loan and bank documents.
Do you only check contracts, or write them too?
Both. A review comes back as your contract marked up, with corrected wording. Drafting comes back as a finished contract written for your situation, ready to sign. We also write to the other side for you — proposing terms, or setting out a breach when a contract has been broken — priced once we have seen the papers.
The document is in Georgian — is that the point?
Yes. You receive everything in English or Russian.
Can't I just translate it or ask an AI?
You can, and you'll learn roughly what the words say. But when an AI misreads a clause, that is nobody's problem but yours — here a named person answers for every note, and the corrected Georgian wording is something you can send back as contract text. And your document is seen by one person, not by a chat history.
Is this a law firm?
No. kurashvili.ge is a document-analysis service: we tell you exactly what you're signing and give you the corrected wording. If a situation needs court representation, that's outside what we do — we'll say so plainly.
Is my document confidential?
Yes. It is seen only by the person doing the work and is never published. Samples on this site are unrelated, anonymized documents.
